General rules

Adventure instruction is held before each adventure session.

Always follow the safety guidelines and instructions given by the staff.

The park instructor will check and approve that your equipment is correctly worn before you set off on your adventure. Do not remove your equipment during the adventure.
If you have to remove your equipment during the adventure, make sure that the instructor checks your harness before you return to the adventure.

You may only enter the track once your equipment has been checked, you have successfully completed the training track, and the instructor has given you permission to set off on your adventure.

Make sure that you are always connected to the safety cable with both carabiners.

When passing other participants, be polite and ask for permission to pass.

Take care of the equipment and park structures and do not damage them intentionally.
Report any problems you see to park employees.

A maximum of three people are allowed on the adventure course connecting platforms at any one time.

I am aware that adventuring may cause, for example, clothing to become dirty and skin to become scratched/bruised.
I understand this and accept that the adventure park is not responsible for this.

Please do not leave any objects on the tracks or throw them off the tracks.
Please report any items or objects that do not belong on the tracks to the staff.

Recognize your own limits and do not take unnecessary risks or excessive challenges.

Children

The minimum height requirement for the adventure track is 130 cm.
You can consult customer service about allowing shorter children to use the adventure track.

Children under 140 cm cannot reach all the safety cables.
It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that the child is attached to the safety cable at each transfer point.

Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age who accompanies the child throughout the adventure.

Health restrictions

Always inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect your performance or state of consciousness.

Climbing while under the influence of alcohol or staying on the premises while drunk is prohibited.
