Courses
Trampoline exercise is fun and fast-paced, developing motor skills and body control in a variety of ways.
Book a guided trampoline session
The session must be booked at least 7 days before the desired date.
In a guided trampoline exercise session, all group members receive guidance on safe jumping techniques in the form of both individual and group instruction. The class is suitable for both beginners and experienced trampoline enthusiasts. The class may include games, jumping and flipping exercises, for example. The session includes one instructor.

A very neat place with plenty of space. We tried both the adventure park and the trampolines. The children (aged 12 and 14) had a great time, and the adventure park offered plenty of challenges. If you have a whole day to spare, it’s worth considering buying a day ticket.
An excellent trampoline park with really good trampolines. Safe rules and good changing rooms. I recommend visiting.
